Since February 2023, Ecopetrol is taking a big step towards digital transformation by incorporating the Ariba tool into the supply process. Our objective is to improve and streamline the registration, authorization and management processes of suppliers, complying with the highest international standards and following our path of digitalization of the model.

‌This great project reaches its second stage, called tactical Ariba, in which we will cover the optimization of the goods purchasing process through three tools:
‌

- Ariba Guided Buying,

- Ariba Catalogs

- Ariba Commerce Automation

Likewise, there will be more direct communication between Ecopetrol and the supplier through the Ariba Network Supplier application.

To make this a reality, we have designed a strategy to accompany the appropriation of the tool through knowledge transfer sessions to which they have been summoned, in person or virtually, since June 6, 2023 through the Supplier Relations mailbox.

We hope you can attend, since only in these spaces will you have the opportunity to learn about the changes and actions you must take when executing purchase orders.

We open two additional virtual space options from July 4 to July 7:

Option 1: July 4,5,6,7 – 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Option 2: July 4,5,6,7 – 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
